I recently was told by my Master Gardener Friend Ronald McWilliams of Cameron, Texas about a plant called Almond Verbena. He said it is one of the most fragrant plants available. I immediately started searching and found it at Caldwell Nursery in Rosenberg. They answered my email the same day.
This was my response and I plan to drive to Rosenberg to get them.
