It was rained out in September, but the annual "Bugs, Brew & Barbecue" has been
rescheduled for Saturday, November 10th in the large parking lot adjacent to Depot
Plaza.
More than 50 classic Volkswagen "bugs" will fill the former TISD parking lot, as
Texas craft beer, barbecue and live music fill the downtown area.
There'll be 30 craft beers from breweries across Texas.
Dine on chopped beef sandwiches, sausage and more from the Original Rib Tickler
and Dickey's Barbecue Pit!
Enjoy live classic rock from the "Bottle Rockers" and CCR tribute band "Donnie Simmons
& Unfortunate Sons" starting at noon.
Shop vendors with handcrafted items, jewelry, and more.
Admission and parking are free. Coolers are welcome, but no alcoholic beverages
may be brought into the event site. And, don't forget your lawn chairs!
